A collection of recordings made over a three year period of time. Some of the pieces based on initial improvisations on guitar, drums and piano/keyboard. Composed and played mostly by Sam Callow with aditional drums on certain tracks by Rob Chidell. With violent shifts in time signatures and chunky grooves, these recordings are a must for fans of out-rock/fun-core. Tracks feature voice, piano, guitars, drums, melodica, casio, vibraphone (casio), TV, tape manipulation, percussion, kitchen sink......

Selected recordings culled from tapes dating back to 1995 and beyond. At times quite harsh, at times playful, at times easy listening and at times..... METALL!! There is a cut `n` paste feel to some tracks : "Early Years Medley" crams three 45 minute tapes of very early recordings in to a few minutes. With 30-odd tracks ranging from cartoon music, to rock/noise, chill-out, to badJazz, No.2 is a bracing yet highly entertaining experience.

More of an ambient/electronic approach to the first tracks on No.3. The 4 track was used as the source for sounds then carried on to the computer and abused by a free demo of Wave Lab. Sound sources include crinckled cassette tape, Casio drum sounds, needles on records and rudimentary effects boxes. The remainder of the CD (by contrast) is a selection of cover versions. Phil Collins`s "Easy Lover" gets semi-trashed (although it gets kind of funky and is wierdly satisfying). Also John Fahey done in a barber shop style, Michael Jackson on helium, and (of course) the Airwolf theme tune! which rocks out to conclude.

Further recordings of the new millenium, this time taking a newer approach using acoustic guitars, violins, percussion, multi-layered harmonising and real-time piano playing!. Sometimes reminiscent of the late Gastr del Sol doing a kind of wierd alien folk-music that ebs and flows.....and ebs..then rocks out, just when you least expect it.
